The regular meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was held on October twenty-seventh ,2023 at the clubhouse . The meeting commenced promptly at seven thirty in the evening with Head of the Board, Mr. John Smith , presiding over the present board members.

This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. Effective immediately the coming weeks, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and installation of new trees.
